Rolf is a consultative skills, facilitation and coaching expert. He has facilitated groups since 1974 and independently consulted since 1982, primarily within Fortune 500 clients, such as IBM, GM, UAW, Cisco, etc. He has devoted most of these efforts discreetly behind the firewalls, diplomatically coaching others to accomplish great things, while helping them look and feel good doing so.
Rolf is a founding Certified High Performance Coach, often called the “Coach’s Coaching Ambassador” by other coaches. He has successfully coached dozens of global high potential/ high performance teams, as well as delicate joint management and union teams.
He was awarded as the top “Facilitation Partner of the Year” by BI Worldwide, then a US$400 million Malcolm Baldrige service award winner.
Rolf was honoured by peers as one of two Co-Chairs of the International Association of Facilitators Americas Conference.
He was the Featured Speaker at the inaugural Super Achievers Summit in Bengaluru (Bangalore), spotlighting 16+ years of educational service in India.
Rolf also collaborates on case studies and instructional design and development training initiatives for all industries. He holds a Liberal Arts BA in Political Science/Urban Studies.

Hinnerk is a CEO, coach, mentor, tech entrepreneur, advisor to and member of boards of directors, academic publications author and patent-owning scientist.
